How much should I budget for video production?
Agencies typically charge anywhere from several hundred dollars to tens of thousands per video, depending on length, complexity, animation needs, etc. We’re flexible in our pricing of custom projects but we also offer several packages with set price points that you can choose from. Let us know your budget and we’ll try to find something that works for everyone!
What types of video do you specialize in?
Despite our small team, we can make almost anything, from explainer and how-to videos, to product demos, brand storytelling, testimonials, animations, live-action shoots, social content — you name it, we do it. We also work with creators, helping them better connect with audiences and brands through video content. Our specialties are in 2D and 2D animation, motion design, editing, motion branding systems, and video marketing.
What is the production process and how long does it take?
Again, it depends on the size and complexity of the project, and whether or not you’re coming to us with a ready-baked concept or a tricky business problem. Either way, good things take time so we like to allocate at least a month, from kick-off to final delivery, for every project.
Who will be on my project team?
We’re a small team so both founders, Ben and I (Eleanor), are on every project that lands in our inbox. I handle clients and develop video and creative strategies, Ben does creative development and production. For larger, more involved projects, we lean on our network of talented creatives to help us out.

Do you make video content for startups?
Yes! We find video and motion design content is a super effective tool for startups who need to quickly and simply convey what their product or service does to potential users and investors. Tech and SaaS industries, in general, can benefit greatly from video marketing for this same reason.
How do you measure video success and ROI?
Success comes down to what your goals are for the video product in question. For awareness, view and view through rate are a useful metric, and clicks help measure conversion. Every brand is different so choose the metric that works best for you and we’ll help you get there.
What industries do you have experience in?
Across our different roles over the years we’ve worked with clients in tech, finance, esports, apparel, education, health, and social impact. That said, we’re always looking to explore how video and motion can be applied in different industries. It’s part of the fun!
What should I watch out for when hiring a video agency?
You probably know the red flags by now: unclear processes, hidden fees, lack of communication. Instead of rattling off a bunch of warnings, we ask you to consider the types of people you enjoy working with most. Are they warm? Thoughtful? Bold? Do they challenge you? Or make you feel heard? When looking for an agency partner, look for people you want to work with.
